Black Pepper Beef Toast

Cut the beef into thin slices, add a spoonful of light soy sauce, a spoonful of starch, and a little black pepper to marinate for 15 minutes.

Dice the onion and green pepper and set aside.

Cut off all four sides of the toast, and cut a vertical cut in the middle of each side.
