Black Pepper Butter Cookies

Cut the butter into small pieces and soften at room temperature.

Add in caster sugar and beat until light yellow and the volume becomes larger.

Sift the low-powder, baking powder, and salt into a basin and mix well.

Add egg whites and stir well.

Grind the black pepper and add it to the basin.

Mix and knead into a dough, wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

After taking out the dough, use a rolling pin to roll it into a dough sheet, and use a biscuit to mold the green.
