Black Pepper Chicken Breast Bagel Sandwich
1.
Use a knife back or a meat hammer to chop the chicken breasts loosely. Marinate with cooking wine and a little sugar for 10 minutes.
2.
Heat the pan with a little bit of oil, add the chicken breasts and fry until cooked, and finally drizzle with a little black pepper sauce. (If there is no black pepper juice, add a little salt when marinating, and sprinkle black peppercorns/powder at the end)
3.
The bagels are cut in half and placed on the grilling net. The oven does not need to be preheated. The middle layer is roasted at 180 degrees for about three minutes until crisp. (You can also bake the cut noodles in a pan on low heat)
4.
Take out a layer of salad dressing (I use black pepper flavor) on the cut surface, put a layer of lettuce, put chicken, and layer cucumber slices, and finally put a layer of lettuce/tomato slices, and cover the bagel top. .
