Black Pepper Chicken Wings

Clean the chicken wings, use a knife to cut 2 knives on the wings, so that the marinade is more delicious;

Put the processed chicken wings and shredded ginger into the fresh-keeping bag, and put the black pepper sauce;

Tie the mouth of the fresh-keeping bag, fully grasp and mix it evenly with your hands, so that the sauce will better adhere to the chicken wings, put it in the refrigerator and marinate for more than 2 hours! (Dear friends, you can marinate at night and bake during the day tomorrow!)

Put tin foil on the baking tray and place the marinated chicken wings on top;

Put it in a preheated 200℃ oven, heat up and down, and bake the middle layer for 10 minutes;

Take out the chicken wings that have been roasted for 10 minutes and brush them with honey water;

Keep baking in the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes!
Tips:
If you don’t have honey at home, you don’t need to put it. The honey is used to prevent the chicken wings from getting too dry during the roasting process!
