Black Pepper Fish Cake

Wash the fish fillet, drain the water, and chop it into a puree; wash the ginger and garlic, chop and put it in the puree;

Knock an egg into the fish paste and mix well;

Tips:
1. Add a small amount of flour gradually, add too much flour to make a dough;
