Black Pepper Garlic Pork Ribs

Wash the bought pork short ribs and drain the water for later use.

Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.

Sprinkle an appropriate amount of minced garlic and stir well and marinate for 10-20 minutes.

Lay the marinated pork ribs flat on the plastic wrap.

Put the wrapped plastic wrap in the refrigerator and continue to marinate for at least half a day.

Pour an appropriate amount of salad oil or olive oil into a non-stick pan and heat to 50% heat.

Arrange the marinated pork ribs evenly in a frying pan and fry until both sides are golden brown.

Skim the minced garlic and spread the fried pork short ribs on a baking tray lined with tin foil.

Place the bakeware in the middle of the oven, set the temperature to 180 degrees, and take 15 minutes to get out of the oven. (Each oven brand is different, the time and temperature are set by yourself) After the oven is out, sprinkle an appropriate amount of chives with a few slices of lemon.
