Black Pepper Pork Tongue Stir-fried Rice White

Remove the tongue coating from the pork tongue, slice the zizania root, cut the red and green peppers into small pieces, and mince the ginger and garlic

Slice the cleaned pork tongue, add all the seasonings and marinate for 15 minutes

Heat the pan, add ginger and garlic diced and sauté

Add pork tongue slices, fry on both sides slightly, then stir fry until 6 is mature
