Black Pepper Sauce

Peel and chop tomatoes, and chop onions.

Wok, melt the butter

Add onions and fry until transparent.

Stir in tomatoes and fry until gelatinized, add 2 tablespoons of red wine, light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon, 1 tablespoon minced black pepper, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 0.5 tablespoon sugar, 1 large bowl of beef broth
