Black Pepper Shacha Rice

Prepare the ingredients.

Prepare the seasoning.

Cut the fragrant belly and green onion into fine pieces, and finely slice the red pepper; break the broccoli into fine pieces, blanch them and set aside.

Knock the egg into a bowl; mix the shacha sauce and set aside.
