Black Pepper Steak

Cut the beef tenderloin into thick slices and beat it with the back of a knife for a while. Add black pepper and salt to both sides.

Cut potatoes and carrots into pieces.
3.
Potatoes and carrots are steamed in a pot.

Put the beef tenderloin into a non-stick pan and fry on both sides of it to brown.
5.
Add butter, garlic cloves, and bay leaves to continue frying.
6.
Add potatoes and carrots and fry until browned on both sides.
7.
Serve it and pour the soup on top of the meat.
