Black Pepper Steak

Buy the beef and cut it into even slices.

Give it a slight tap with the back of the knife.

Add a pinch of salt.

Add two spoons of cooking wine.

Add the right amount of black pepper.

Put a few pieces of apple peel to marinate for an hour.
7.
Put the hot oil in the pot and put the steak into the pot.

Fry on one side for 10 seconds and then turn it over.

Flip and fry until the steak is cooked.

Put the cooked steak on a plate, reheat the pan and pour the excess broth on the steak.
