Black Pepper Steak with Tomato Sauce

1. Beef thinly sliced

2. Punch even small holes with a plug

3. Sprinkle with salt, cooking wine, white pepper and black pepper, massage evenly and marinate for more than 1 hour

4. Butter spare

5. Preheat the electric baking pan, put the butter cubes in to melt

6. Put the steak in butter and fry until it is cooked to 7 or 8 minutes.

7. In another small bowl, add tomato sauce, black pepper, and a little water, stir well

8. Heat on low heat until full

9. Evenly pour on the steak

10. It's 0K when you squeeze the tomato sauce
