Black Pepper Steak with Tomato Sauce

Beef thinly sliced

Punch even small holes with a plug

Sprinkle with salt, cooking wine, white pepper and black pepper, massage evenly and marinate for more than 1 hour

Butter spare

Preheat the electric baking pan, put the butter cubes in to melt

Put the steak in butter and fry until it is cooked to 7 or 8 minutes.

In another small bowl, add tomato sauce, black pepper, and a little water, stir well

Heat on low heat until full

Evenly pour on the steak
