Black Pepper Tea Tree Mushroom

Wash the tea tree mushroom and cut into two sections, slice the sausage into diagonal slices, cut the pepper into sections, shred the ginger, pat the garlic, and shred the dried red pepper.

Heat the pot, add 1 teaspoon of oil, and fry the sausages slightly.

Set aside the sausage, saute the ginger and garlic, pour in the tempeh, and stir fry for a fragrance.

Pour in tea tree mushrooms, add pepper, stir fry; add some water and simmer for 2 minutes.

Pour in the peppers and stir-fry evenly.
6.
Add chopped pepper and stir evenly.
