Braised Tofu with Scallop Mushrooms

Clean the crab mushrooms and tea tree mushrooms and cut into small pieces of about 3 cm in length;

Cut the tofu into cubes about 1 cm thick and 4 cm wide, cut the chives into chopped green onions, and mince garlic;

Wash the dried scallops, soak them in warm water for 15 minutes until they are soft, tear off the old tendons at the corners;

Heat the oil in the wok to 60% hot on medium heat, add tofu;

Fry until slightly yellow on both sides, remove and set aside;
