Black Pomfret with Soy Sauce

Ingredients: black pomfret (head and intestines removed), sliced ginger, chives, tempeh

Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a saucepan, add the washed black pomfret and fry on both sides.

Then, put the ginger slices and add 2 tablespoons of cooking wine.

Add 2.5 tablespoons of light soy sauce.

Add 0.5 tablespoon of sugar.

Add 2 tablespoons of tempeh.
