Black pomfret is a flat-body sea fish. It is very popular because of its few spines and tender flesh. It is especially eaten by the elderly and children in moderation.

Black Pomfret with Soy Sauce

1. Ingredients: black pomfret (head and intestines removed), sliced ginger, chives, tempeh

2. Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a saucepan, add the washed black pomfret and fry on both sides.

3. Then, put the ginger slices and add 2 tablespoons of cooking wine.

4. Add 2.5 tablespoons of light soy sauce.

5. Add 1 tablespoon of salt.

6. Add 0.5 tablespoon of sugar.

7. Add 2 tablespoons of tempeh.

8. Then, add an appropriate amount of water to season and bring to a boil, and cook until the soup is almost ready.

9. Finally, put it out of the pot, put the chives, and serve.
