Black Rice and Red Date Congee

Grab a small handful of black rice, red kidney beans, red beans, lotus seeds, peanuts, and red dates.

Prepare a piece of sugar.

Wash all the ingredients except the sugar, and soak in water for about 1 hour.

Soaked material.

Put the soaked ingredients into the stewing pot and add enough water.

I use an electric cooker, select the grain porridge function, and start cooking. Wait patiently 😄 I cook it in the morning and eat it at noon.

The sugar is added in the last half an hour or so.

A pot of sweet and glutinous black rice porridge is ready.
