Black Rice Ball

Soak black rice in clean water for more than 12 hours

After soaking, steam the black rice on the steamer. Turn to medium heat and steam for an hour after the fire is boiled When steaming, add some water, as long as the water does not exceed the black rice.

After steaming, cool the black rice, add sugar and stir well

Use a larger spoon to put the black rice in the plastic wrap, wrap it up, and twist it. Disassemble the cling film again. (Don't twist too many turns when twisting, otherwise the cling film is easy to break. Mine is the cling film is broken, I changed the bag in the supermarket, and it broke again 😭)
