Black Rice Balls with Egg Yolk Pork Floss

Wash one-third cup of black rice (the measuring cup that comes with the rice cooker) and soak in water for about two hours.

Wash the rice in a cup and a half, add the black rice and the water for soaking the black rice, mix well, add an appropriate amount of water according to your taste, and steam it in a rice cooker.

The salted egg yolk is washed to remove the film on the surface, cold water is poured into the pot, and steamed for about 8 minutes.

Put the steamed salted egg yolk in a large bowl and crush.

Add pork floss and salad dressing, stir well and knead it into a dough.

Divide the egg yolk floss into 20 grams each.

When the rice is dry until it is not hot, add sesame seaweed crushed according to your own taste, and stir evenly with olive vegetables.

Take an appropriate amount of rice (about 40 grams), pinch it tightly, and flatten it.

Add egg yolk and minced pork filling.

Pinch it tightly and arrange it into a regular circle.

Drizzle with honey mustard-flavored salad dressing.
Tips:
1. The texture of the rice should be a little harder to be delicious.
2. If there is no olive vegetable, you can leave it alone.
3. Choose the salad dressing you like on the rice ball.
