Black Rice, Black Beans and Red Dates Porridge
1.
I use the measuring cup that comes with the rice cooker. The three of rice, glutinous rice, and black rice add up to about 1/4 cup. Because I mainly eat by myself, it is the lowest amount for the rice cooker.
2.
Pour the rice into the rice cooker and grab a handful of peanuts, about 20.
3.
A handful of black beans, about 20 grams.
4.
About 6 red dates.
5.
Put all the ingredients in the rice cooker, wash, and add water to the 1/4 line of the porridge.
6.
Cover the lid of the rice cooker and make an appointment to cook the porridge. I set 6 hours. Of course, it is also possible to cook the porridge directly, but the ingredients must be soaked in advance. The next morning, just unplug the power and you can eat it. It's delicious!
Tips:
I do not need to soak in advance because it is an appointment. If you like to eat sweet in the morning, you can add a little more sugar. If you want to lose weight, you can also add no sugar, because red dates are inherently sweet.
