Black Rice Honey Bun

All the ingredients are mixed together and formed into a dough, and fermented to twice its original size. The method for judging the fermentation is: stick a finger with flour and poke a hole in the dough. The hole does not shrink or collapse, indicating that the fermentation is good.

Take out the dough and press it out, roll it out into a rectangular shape.
