Among the nuts, walnuts have relatively high nutritional value. They are rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids, such as lysine, choline, B vitamins, phospholipids, and trace element selenium, all of which have certain benefits for brain development, so Baby should eat walnuts every day during growth and development

Ingredients

Black Rice Porridge with Walnut Milk

1. Ingredients: 30g black rice, 50g rice, 10g walnut kernel, 50ml formula milk

2. The black rice is soaked for more than two hours, and the walnuts are soaked in water for a while (in order to facilitate the peeling). The taste after peeling is better and not bitter. Moms here must be patient.

3. Wash the soaked black rice and rice, pour them into the pot and boil, boil on medium and low heat for about 30 minutes (remember to stir repeatedly in the middle to avoid muddy pot)

4. Boiled viscous

6. Pour the mashed puree into the boiled black rice porridge and put it in a bowl, and stir well.
