Black Sesame Baked Sugar Biscuits

Yeast is dissolved in warm water and becomes a soft dough. Cover with a damp cloth or plastic wrap and leave to warm and ferment to double the size

The fermented dough is ventilated and rounded and divided into even agents; use a rolling pin to roll it into a thick and thin crust around the middle, and add the black sesame sugar filling

Close the mouth tightly; close the mouth down, squeeze it and use a rolling pin to thin it, and leave it in warm places for about 20 minutes

Bake the electric baking pan until both sides are slightly yellow
