Black Sesame Biscuits

Beat one egg and two yolks into the container.

Add 40 grams of sugar and 2 grams of salt.

Add a few drops of white vinegar.

Whisk with a whisk to make it whitish.

Sift in low-gluten flour.

Stir evenly.

Put it in a piping bag.

Squeeze on the baking sheet.

Sprinkle black sesame seeds.
10.
Bake in the oven at 160° for 15 minutes.
