Black Sesame Butter Cookies
1.
Mix low-gluten flour, salt, baking powder and soft sugar, and mix well by hand.
2.
The butter is softened at room temperature, pour it into the powder mixture of step 1, and stir it by hand into a snowflake shape.
3.
Beat the eggs, pour into the mixture and stir well, then add the cream and knead it by hand.
4.
Add sesame seeds as you like, knead it into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap and relax for half an hour.
5.
Use a rolling pin to roll into a 2mm slice, and then poke it 3-4 times with a fork. Put it into the preheated oven at 170°C, middle level, and bake on the upper and lower fire for 20 minutes.
Tips:
Each oven is different, so it's best to turn it on in about 15 minutes. It's best when it's golden brown on the sides.
Adjust the salt and sugar to your liking~ If there is no cream, you can use about 20g of milk instead.
