Black Sesame Egg Yolk Biscuits

Put the eggs and egg yolks in the basin, add sugar and salt.

Add honey.

Use an electric whisk to beat at high speed.

When the egg is beaten until the whisk is lifted, the lowered egg batter will not disappear immediately, and clear lines can be drawn on the surface of the egg batter.

Add black sesame seeds and mix well.

Sift in low powder and mix well.

Put it into a piping bag, squeeze out the batter, preheat the oven to 170°C, heat up and down, and in the middle, bake for 15 minutes and it will be out.
Tips:
1. The well-mixed batter presents a smooth and bulky state;
2. If the eggs are really not easy to beat, you can add a container of warm water under the egg-beating bowl.
