Black Sesame Hair Cake

Add appropriate amount of water to the homemade black sesame filling and stir well.

Add flour and yeast powder.

Stir well to form a paste.
4.
Cover the lid and leave to ferment in a warm place.
5.
Ferment to double the volume.
6.
Add the right amount of raisins.
7.
Stir evenly.
8.
Pour the batter into a mold or other container. Coat the inner wall of the container with a layer of oil or a layer of oiled paper.
9.
Put it in the steamer.
10.
Steam on high heat for half an hour, then open the lid for a few minutes.
11.
Just slice it and eat it.
