Black Sesame Layer Cake

Add an appropriate amount of brown sugar slices in water and boil until melted.

Put the black sesame seeds in the pan and fry until ready.

Pour the fried black sesame seeds into the brown sugar water and stir.

Pour an appropriate amount of sticky rice noodles into the brown sugar water.

Stir it with a spoon until it is thick and sticky.

Then add an appropriate amount of sesame oil.

Then add an appropriate amount of cooking oil.

Stir evenly and set aside for later use.

Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot and boil, then take a flat-bottomed dish and scoop a spoonful of batter into the pot.

Cover the pot and cook for about 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, the first layer has solidified, then scoop a spoonful to continue steaming, and steam the batter in the same way.

After being steamed, the cake is cooled and cut into pieces for consumption.
Tips:
The paste you scoop does not need to be too thick, it will not taste too thick if it is steamed.
After the first layer is steamed, put the second layer to steam, and so on.
