Black Sesame Oatmeal Cookies

Pour the brown sugar into the water and stir until it melts. (It is easier to melt with hot water)

Add corn oil and stir well.

Mix low powder, baking soda powder, and salt, sieve, and pour into step 2.

Stir briefly and pour in the oatmeal.

Add black sesame seeds, minced coconut, blackcurrant raisins, and knead well with your hands.

Divide equally into 18 portions, knead and place in a baking tray. (About 20g per serving)

Use your fingers to flatten them one by one.

Turn the oven on with hot air circulation, preheat at 150 degrees in advance, put the baking tray into the middle and upper layer, and bake for about 25 minutes. (Please adjust the temperature and time according to your own oven and the thickness of the biscuits)
