Black Sesame Pig and Pig Gnocchi

Beat cooked black sesame powder, add white sugar and lard, stir well, knead into 10g balls each and freeze.

Add an appropriate amount of glutinous rice flour to 60g of boiling water and 95g of cold water to knead into a dough.

Grab a tuft of dough, about 17g, knead it and put it in the frozen ball, wrap it up, and it's ready. Take a small piece of dough and drip it with red food coloring to decorate the kneaded glutinous rice balls.

Boil the water until it's warm and it's ready to be boiled before it's boiling. Cook it for 5 minutes and rinse it out, then you can take it out and eat it.
