Black Sesame Roll

Put the black sesame seeds in the oven at 130 degrees and bake for about 4 minutes. After roasting the aroma, take it out and let it cool.

Put the roasted black sesame seeds in a grinding cup and beat them into sesame powder.

Put 30 grams of horseshoe flour, 100 grams of sticky rice flour, and 100 grams of white sugar into the cooking machine.

Then add the beaten black sesame powder and 400 grams of water.

Start the food processor to mix all the ingredients evenly.

Brush the baking pan with oil.

Pour in the beaten sesame paste and spread it out, about 0.3 cm thick.

Put it in a preheated oven at 150°C, middle layer, bake at 150°C for 3 minutes, then take it out.

Tips:
There is no difficulty in this dessert. Because the performance of the ovens of each family is inconsistent, the baking temperature and time are adjusted according to the performance of their own ovens. The temperature of my oven is 20 degrees higher, so it only used 150 degrees. It is proved to be cooked in the baking tray at this time. If it is not cooked, put it in and bake for about 1-2 minutes.
