Black Sesame Salty Biscuits

After mixing low-gluten flour, baking powder, and salt, sieving, add fine sugar and softened butter, knead evenly with your hands, and become the state of coarse corn flour.

Pour in the beaten eggs.

Knead the dough into a smooth dough by hand, then pour in the black sesame seeds, continue to knead for about 1 minute, so that the black sesame seeds are evenly distributed in the dough, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rest for half an hour.

Sprinkle a thin layer of low-gluten flour on the chopping board, put the loose dough on the chopping board and roll it out into a thin sheet with a thickness of about 0.2cm, and use a biscuit mold to shape it.

Spread the cut dough pieces on the baking tray, leaving a certain distance between each piece. Put the baking tray into the preheated 180 degree oven, middle level, up and down heat, bake for about 15 minutes, until the surface is slightly golden.
