Black Sesame Sauce Mixed with Cowpea

Blanch the whole cowpea in water, cook until the cowpea turns slightly yellow, remove it and put it in cold water

Add salt, rice vinegar and oyster sauce to the sesame sauce, mix thoroughly, and add an appropriate amount of water to adjust to a suitable consistency

Cut the cooled cowpea into sections and put it on the plate, sprinkle with the sesame paste, put on the nepeta leaves, mix well and serve.
