Black Sesame Toast

All the ingredients except butter and black sesame seeds are put into the bread bucket. After choosing two kneading procedures (20 minutes), add the diced butter that melts at room temperature and set the dough stall to make the noodles ready.

When the toaster is working, put the black sesame seeds in the oven to bake them until fragrant, and let them cool for later use

Put black sesame seeds on top of the dough

Divide into small doses of the same amount

Roll out the small dough into an oval shape, starting from the top, roll up

Put the mold into the oven for two shots

Take out the bread dough that is twice as large and brush with whole egg liquid

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees, put the bread dough brushed with egg liquid on the middle and lower layer, and bake at 180 degrees for 12 minutes

Take out the baked bread, let it cool and eat it
Tips:
1. When putting all the ingredients in the bread bucket, put the sugar and salt in two opposite corners, put the flour at the end, pinch a hole in the middle of the flour, and put the yeast in the small hole. Do not contact with salt, so as not to affect fermentation
2. If you don't like coarse particles to get black sesame seeds, you can use a food processor to grind slightly
