Since the fall, I have made 4 toasts with black sesame powder and walnuts at home. It is very fragrant and nutritious. It is a good ingredient for health in autumn and winter, but I didn’t bother to take pictures the first few times. It was the worst I did when I had time to take it. It was late when the toast finally fermented.

Black Sesame Walnut Toast

1. Chopped walnuts and set aside

2. After kneading other ingredients except butter and walnuts until smooth, add butter and knead until a large film is formed

3. Add chopped walnuts and knead well, cover with a lid or leave in a warm place to ferment to double size

4. Take out the fermented dough, divide it into 3 large doughs and prepare to make toast (160g each)

5. Roll out the dough that has been fermented in the middle; turn it over and fold 1/3 to the middle on both sides

6. Roll it out and roll it long, thin the bottom edge, and roll it up from top to bottom

7. Put it in the baking mold, put it in the oven for the final fermentation, put hot water in the oven, the fermentation is over, cover, put it in the oven preheated at 180 degrees, the bottom layer, up and down heat, 40 minutes. After taking it out, immediately demould and place on the grill to cool
