Regular consumption of black beans can provide crude fiber in food, promote digestion and prevent constipation. Black soybeans are full of nutrition, and soybean hulls contain anthocyanins, which are a good source of antioxidants. Soy milk made from black beans is rich in taste, fragrant but not greasy, nutritious and delicious.

Black Soy Milk

1. Prepare black beans.

2. Soak the black beans in water for more than 8 hours.

3. Pour out the water and clean it.

4. Put the black beans in the blender.

5. Add appropriate amount of water.

6. Stir it into soy milk. (If you use a soymilk machine to make it, at this step, you can leave it alone after setting it up)

7. Use a strainer to filter out the bean dregs and air bubbles.

8. Put the filtered soy milk into the pot and cook, and remove the foam.

9. After boiling, turn to low heat and cook for about five minutes. Add sugar and drink.

Tips:

1. It is recommended not to throw away the bean dregs, it is good to make steamed buns or cakes.
2. When boiling soy milk, cook until there is no foam, and then cook for 5 minutes after boiling. Uncooked soy milk is toxic.
3. It's best to make it and drink it now, as the overnight soy milk is prone to spoilage.
