Black Soy Pork Ribs

1. Clean the ribs.

2. Blanch the ribs in cold water.

3. The blanched ribs are rinsed with water to remove the foam.

4. Add ginger, spring onion and rice vinegar to cook the ribs in a pot. You can also add star anise and dark soy sauce in the pressure cooker for five or six minutes.

5. Cut the green onions, ginger, and green peppers.

6. Chop the black fermented bean sauce so that it will be fragrant when it is fried.

7. Drain the cooked ribs.

8. Stir-fry the ribs with hot oil until fragrant. Slightly yellow. Hold out

9. Stir-fry the ginger and green onions with a small fire.

10. Put the tempeh in and stir up the aroma.

11. Add the fried pork ribs.

12. Add green pepper and stir fry. Add some light soy sauce and chicken essence. The tempeh is marinated, or salt is not added.

13. Add chopped green onion and it's ready.

Tips:

1. Black tempeh is made from black beans and is rich in nutrients.

2. There are various methods. You can make tempeh and spare ribs, add ingredients according to your own taste, and slowly simmer them in a pot.
