Black Tahini

During this period, it’s best to use a stirring rod to move the sesame seeds around, so that the beating is more even

At the end of the program, the blade tells you to turn and remove the cooking cup, open the lid, and use a long-handled spoon to gather the parts that are not completely broken in the middle

Tips:
1. Stir-fried sesame seeds with sesame sauce is the key, it must be cooked well, so as to make a delicate and oily sesame sauce;
2. The time to fry sesame seeds should be increased or decreased according to the amount of sesame seeds. You can also use ordinary wok to fry, but pay attention to low heat throughout the process. Observe carefully, and don't fry it;
3. If you want to make sweet or savory sesame paste, add a proper amount of sugar or salt and stir together;
4. During stirring the sesame sauce, it is best to use the special stirring rod attached to the cooking machine to stir. Do not use other tools to avoid damage to the blade or other accidents.
