Black Tea Jelly
1.
15 grams of tea is packed in tea bags, and the rope is tied tightly to prevent the tea leaves from leaking out when making tea.
2.
Soak 15 grams of agar sticks in cold water and set aside.
3.
Boil 350ml of water, add tea bag, turn to low heat to simmer tea juice. At this time the kitchen was full of tea. Remove the tea bag, put in the agar stick and continue to boil on low heat until the agar stick is completely dissolved in the tea water.
4.
It is inevitable that there will be residues of tea leaves or agar when making tea, so if you are more careful, you can filter the boiled agar tea.
5.
Cool the filtered agar tea to about 50°C, add honey and stir evenly.
6.
Finally, put them into molds and put them in the refrigerator to cool and condense them into a frozen state.
Tips:
1. I used Jin Junmei to make black tea for tea jelly. The taste is too light. This time I used Sri Lankan black tea. The tea juice is fragrant, so I think which tea raw material is better for making tea jelly.
2. You can add honey or sugar to the tea jelly. Adding sugar can be added directly when making tea. Adding honey has to wait for the agar tea to cool to about 50°C. The two spoonfuls of honey here are just slightly sweet according to my preference.
