Blue Beans, Onions and Corn Chop
1.
Measure 1/2 cup of chopped corn in a large bowl;
2.
Dice bacon, blue beans and onions;
3.
Stir the bacon to remove the oil, if the oil is too much, it can be properly decanted;
4.
Pour in the onion diced and blue bean diced, add salt and pepper, stir fry a few times, and fry until half cooked;
5.
Pour 2/3 cup of water and bring to a boil;
6.
Pour the water and residue from the pot into a bowl with corn shreds, cover for 5-10 minutes, stir well and enjoy.
Tips:
1. We must prepare the ratio of water to corn shreds in advance, and prepare corn shreds;
2. When putting the pot under water, generally put the amount of water required in the recipe. If the fried dishes are really watery, you can reduce them as appropriate.
