Leek Tortillas

Prepare flour, leeks, and eggs.

Soak the chopped corn in advance.

Wash the leeks, chop them and put them in a bowl; knock into the eggs.

Add the flour, pour in the ground corn.

Add the right amount of salt.

Put the mold on the furnace, preheat it with a small fire, and apply a thin layer of oil.

Scoop in 1 scoop of batter.

Close the lid.
9.
Bake for 30 seconds, uncover and see that the batter has solidified.
10.
Turn the mold over and continue to bake for 30 seconds until the cake is slightly yellow on both sides.
11.
Cut the baked tortillas into pieces.
