1. Prepare the ingredients for multi-grain rice, soak the oats for 3 hours in advance.
2. Pour into the rice cooker, turn on the cooking mode, and avoid excessive water.
3. The multi-grain rice is cooked, and the ingredients for the fried rice are prepared.
4. Put the oil in the pan, heat the oil, pour the diced eryngii mushrooms, and stir fry a few times.
5. Pour the yam corn and continue to stir fry a few times
6. Pour in the diced carrots and continue to stir fry.
7. Pour in a teaspoon of salt and stir-fry evenly.
8. Pour in the rice and continue to fry over medium heat.
9. Add a spoon of soy sauce, soy sauce can be increased according to your own taste, (for soy sauce, you must choose light soy sauce, otherwise the color will be very dark.)
10. Pour in the beaten egg yolks, stir-fry evenly, and then get out of the pan.
11. Put the fried rice in a relatively deep small bowl, press it tightly and invert it into the plate, the delicious multi-grain fried rice is ready for serving.
