Whenever my girlfriends come to play or children bring friends to the house, I will prepare some quick desserts, eat and drink, talk about fun, and kill a relaxing time. It’s not yesterday that two friends came to the house. I made a blueberry cheese pie and added a cup of fragrant coffee. Everyone talked about gossip and talked about the past. Then I talked about the boss and husband. The whole afternoon passed quickly. The host and guest are really happy.

Blueberry Cheese Pie

1. The frozen butter does not need to be softened at room temperature, and is mixed with the sieved low powder, salt and fine sugar.

2. Stir it for a while, and it will become a finely shredded, crumbly dough.

3. Add milk and an egg yolk, mix into a dough, wrap in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator to relax for a while.

4. Prepare the invaginated materials.

5. Cream cheese, sugar, and milk are all put into the mixing bowl, and the insulated water is heated and stirred smoothly.

6. Cool the cream cheese to room temperature, add a whole egg and blueberry jam and mix well.

7. Then add cornstarch and continue to stir evenly and smoothly, and the inset is done.

8. Take out the loosened pie crust and divide it into four evenly. Each portion is covered with plastic wrap and rolled out slightly larger than the mold.

9. Remove the fresh-keeping film from the rolled dough, attach it to the mold, fit the mold, and roll out the excess.

10. Pierce the pie with a fork to avoid swelling up when it's baking.

11. Put a few blueberries first. These blueberries have been frozen and preserved during the blueberry season until now.

12. Then pour the cheese filling you just made, and put a few blueberries on the surface for decoration.

13. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for about 30 minutes.

14. Garnish the baked cheese pie with powdered sugar. The hot food is very delicious, the cheese is fragrant and mellow, and the pie crust is crispy and delicious.

Tips:

1. When making the pie crust, if the butter is refrigerated instead of frozen, just cut into small pieces without softening it, just cut into small pieces and knead the flour into small crispy grains.
2. Be sure to wrap the pie with plastic wrap when rolling, otherwise it will stick everywhere.
3. The temperature and time are for reference only, and can be adjusted flexibly according to the temper of the oven at home.
4. Blueberries are very expensive at this time. You can buy some frozen and store them in the refrigerator when they are cheaper on the market. They are very good for making desserts. I especially like the appearance of blueberries bursting, and the color is also very beautiful.
5. The powdered sugar sprinkled at the end plays a decorative role.
