Blueberry Corn Cakes

Mix ingredients B well and set aside. Put vegetable oil, caster sugar, brown sugar and eggs in a container and beat

Add milk, yogurt and vanilla extract and mix well

Add the dry ingredients and stir with a rubber knife until they are uniform. Lightly coat the blueberries with flour and put them into the batter (do not over-mix)

Grease the baking tin with flour, pour the batter into the baking tin, oven 375°F, 15 minutes, with a toothpick inserted as the standard
