Blueberry Jam Pack

Put eggs, milk, sugar, and salt into the inner pot of the cooker.

Pour in high flour and put dry yeast on top.

After kneading the dough into a dough, add butter and continue to knead until smooth. Ferment for 40 minutes.

Take out the fermented dough, divide it into 8 portions after exhausting, cover with a damp cloth and relax for 15 minutes.

Take a dough, flatten it and roll it out.

Roll up from top to bottom.

Squeeze the mouth tightly and put it into an 8-piece mini hot dog mold.

Put it in the oven, put a bowl of boiling water under the baking tray, let it ferment for about 40 minutes, take it out, and brush the surface with a layer of egg liquid. Put it in the middle of the oven and bake at 160°C for 25 minutes.

After baking, take out the mold, wait for the bread to cool, cut a knife from the middle, cut to two-thirds of the bread, and put the jam in.
Tips:
1. Demould immediately after baking, otherwise the bottom is easy to cover wet.
2. Retract when rolling out, roll it out for a while and relax for a few minutes.
3. The bread can be cut deeper, and it is delicious with jam.
