1. The butter is softened at room temperature and beaten with a whisk.
2. Add powdered sugar and salt, and beat until the butter swells in volume.

4. Sift in baking powder and low powder. Mix well until there is no dry powder.
5. Add milk and mix well.
6. Pour in the washed blueberries. Mix slightly.
