Blueberry Pie

Mix material A → knead into a uniform dough → wrap in plastic wrap → refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Take out the pie crust dough → put a piece of plastic wrap underneath → roll into a 5mm thick dough cake → buckle into the pie mould → press slightly along the inner edge of the mould.

Use a rolling pin to press along the upper edge of the pie mold → remove excess trim.

Spread the blueberries evenly.

Heat the cream cheese over water → stir with a whisk → add milk and whipped cream → mix well.

Stir the eggs → go to step 5 → add white sugar → stir and melt.

Slowly pour into the pie crust until it is 80% full → preheat the oven to 185°C → enter the middle layer → 20 minutes → bake with the Grill function until the surface is colored.
