Peel the potatoes, wash and soak in cold water

Press the steamed potato chips into a puree, add sugar and stir evenly

Tips:
Potatoes can also be cooked in the microwave.
Thinly sliced potato slices are easy to cook and easy to mash.
The shape is as personal as you like. I used a circular mold cut from a yogurt bottle. It should be higher to make it more layered.
