I suddenly wanted to add a little blueberry to make this blueberry rice cake. When eating it, I topped it with blueberry sauce. It was sour and sweet, especially delicious.

Blueberry Rice Cake

1. Prepare glutinous rice and cleaned blueberries

2. Rinse the glutinous rice twice with water, then drain

3. Pour the drained glutinous rice into the bread bucket

4. Add water

5. Add blueberries

6. Install the bread bucket into the bread machine

7. Select the rice cake function and start the bread machine

8. Wait for the program to finish, the blueberry rice cake is ready

Tips:

The prepared rice cakes are placed in an oiled crisper, refrigerated or frozen, then sliced, served with jam or fried.
