Blueberry Shortbread

The butter is softened at room temperature. Add sugar and salt and beat until the volume is puffy.

Add the whole egg mixture and beat evenly.

Become a bulky and light mixture.

Sift in low-powder and milk powder and stir evenly.

Become a dough.
6.
Divide the dough into small pieces with your hands and knead it into small balls, and press down from the center of the ball with your fingers to leave a small pit.
7.
Do everything in turn.

Fill the center with blueberry sauce and put it in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
