Blueberry Yam

Preparation materials (yam, blueberry jam, red pepper, carrot, sugar, water);

Cut the red pepper into a small piece, remove the inner core, cut the red skin into thin strips; cut the carrot into fine pieces;

Soak red pepper shreds in water for later use; (red pepper shreds will become rolled after soaking, for decoration)

Cut the yam into long strips of equal size;

Cut the yam sticks and blanch them in boiling water for 3-5 minutes, remember not to take too long, and then remove them and put them in ice water for later use (the ice water can be dripped with lemon juice to taste better);

Arrange the yam sticks in ice water, and you can be creative according to your own preferences; sprinkle carrots on top, and garnish with the red pepper shreds soaked in advance. );

Adjust blueberry juice: mix two spoons of blueberry jam with some warm water and sugar;
8.
Just pour the prepared blueberry juice on the yam.
